1. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the injured directly implicating the petitioner and having regard to the nature of injury which is grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
