In assailment is the order dated June 29, 2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge granting anticipatory bail to the private opposite parties.

The learned Sessions Judge took into consideration the fact that, the victim committed suicide at her parental house and that, there was no evidence with regard to torture before suicide.

In such circumstances, the learned Sessions Judge proceeded to grant anticipatory bail.

The impugned order contains reasons. Post bail misconduct is not alleged as against the private opposite party. In such circumstances, we find no reason to interfere with the order granting anticipatory bail to the private opposite party.

CRM 5757 of 2018 is dismissed.
