Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, evidence action is complete. The matter is fixed for arguments.

Learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the NCB submits that, the matter is fixed on November 17, 2021 for the purpose of hearing the arguments of the accused. Considering the stage of the trial and considering that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the possession of the petitioner, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected and the application being CRM 6508 of 2021 is disposed of.
