By the time the writ petition is taken up for consideration, final notification has been published. The petitioners are aggrieved by the same and intend to challenge the same in a fresh writ petition. In view of the above, the present writ petition stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.

It will be open for the petitioners to raise all issues in the subsequent writ petition to be filed by them challenging the final notification.
