To that effect, information has been furnished before the police authorities, but no steps have been taken till date.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that pursuant to the directions made earlier in WPA 10607 of 2025 dated 20.05.2025, the police authorities have been continuing

their surveillance as also ensured that no untoward incident results.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that a Partition Suit is pending and there was suppression of materials facts at the behest of the petitioner in the said title suit.

Be that as it may, since the civil court is already in seisin of the issues, the police authorities have hardly any role to extend aid and assistance to any of the parties except for continuing their surveillance and the police authorities would act on the order of the civil court after final determination of rights.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14921 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
