Petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerheads over a property in issue. To that effect information was furnished before the police authorities. I find that the accusations have been made against seven individuals. Since apparently the dispute is a family feud, police authorities have restrained themselves from acting in any particular manner. Having regard to the nature of the accusations, petitioner is granted liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court under the appropriate provisions of law, the Court concerned would assess and ascertain the veracity of the accusations and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

Police authorities would only oversee that no untoward incident results because already a family feud

is existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14926 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
