Learned advocate representing the petitioner on instruction submits that benefits as delineated in paragraph 4 of the writing dated 21st July, 2025 issued by the Commandant, 30 Battalion, Border Security Force are paid.

In view of steps taken by the concerned respondent authority in releasing those benefits in favour of the petitioner, this Court finds no further order need be passed on this writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
