Today at the time of call, the petitioner has intimated this court the very recent development stating that the petitioner has resigned from the school.
On the last occasion an order was passed after considering the submissions of the parties that the matter be settled and accordingly order was passed. However, when the petitioner has resigned from the school, I do not think that this matter is required to be kept pending any further. Hence the matter is disposed of.
The records relating to the amendment of Management Rules will not be further required in this matter but in some other matter those may be required. Therefore, the documents which have been brought today by the learned advocate for the State is not being accepted by this court.
As the petitioner has already resigned from the school, which appears from a email sent by the petitioner to the school today, I am also recalling the order directing the Chatterjee Hat Police Station to send the complaint to the Cyber Crime Cell at Lalbazar and the matter is closed and the police authority is not required to enquire in this matter.
The names of Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya and Mr. Suman Dey, learned advocates, were wrongfully recorded on 9th December, 2021 for West Bengal Commission of Women when they actually appeared for the State of West Bengal. On the same day Mr. Anirban Ray, Govt. Pleader, Mr. Samrat Sen and Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee appeared for the West Bengal Commission for Women.
