Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. Although, the police claims that explosive substance was recovered from the vehicle belonging to the petitioner and since the petitioner is a businessman with appropriate registration under the Gold and Service Tax Act and since the petitioner is a businessman and since the petitioner did not drive the vehicle himself, the Court should be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. He submits that the petitioner was the principal person involved in the crime. Some of the co-accused are absconding. The police are yet to submit chargesheet. Considering the nature of involvement of the petitioner as appearing from the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM 6513 of 2021 is dismissed.
