The revisional application has been preferred challenging an order dated 19.05.2022 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 17th Court, Alipore in Criminal Motion No. 405/2019.

It appears from the order dated 19.05.2022, that the Additional District and Sessions Judge, 17th Court, Alipore, has directed the trial Court to dispose of the case under Section 127 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said proceedings may be disposed of expeditiously. 4.

Considering the said facts and the relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

The revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned Magistrate shall make all endeavour to dispose of the application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of this order. 6.

There will be no order as to costs.
