The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the prescribed authority, that is the Sub-Divisional Officer, Krishnagar (Sadar) to dispose of the application dated August 25, 2021 filed under Section 11(1)(d) of the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973.

This court has not gone into the merits of the allegations of the petitioner and directs that the entire issue shall be decided in accordance with law upon granting an opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the members, whose removals have been prayed for. The order must be communicated to the parties.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from date of communication of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
