The petitioner was pursuing B.Sc. (Physics Honours) Course at Raiganj Surendranath Mahavidyalaya, a college under Gour Banga University.
The petitioner could not attend the practical examination on 'Waves and Optics' in the IVth Semester. The petitioner is praying permission to take the said practical examination to complete the course.
Learned advocate for the college submits that the college has no objection to conduct the said practical examination, if the University permits.
It appears from the record that the petitioner, praying permission to clear the said practical examination, has given a representation to the Controller of Examination of the said University, the respondent no.
herein.
The said representation dated June 25, 2025 is appearing at page ''58 of the writ petition.
The petitioner since has completed almost all of the semesters of the said course, the respondent no. 6 is requested to consider the said representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible in accordance with
law, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner.
W.P.A. 14999 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
