In view of the report filed by the learned Special Officer showing that the deficiencies and/or defects recorded in the earlier report of the learned Special Officer have been attended to and/or cured by the alleged contemnors satisfactorily, we dispose of the contempt application.

However, the alleged contemnors, who are present in court, have tendered their unconditional apology, which is accepted. Personal appearance of the alleged

contemnors is dispensed with.

There will be no order as to costs.
