Learned magistrate is directed to invoke the provisions of Section 143A of N.I. Act on the next date so fixed. If the accused persons adopt dilatory tactics for stretching the proceedings of the case, harsh conditions may be imposed on the accused persons. All efforts must be taken to adhere to the spirit of the amended provisions of N.I. Act. No unnecessary adjournment should be granted to either of the parties. Efforts be taken for concluding the trial within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2466 of 2022 is disposed of.
