Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present application for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 156A of 2015 and Title Suit No. 166 of 2017, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 7th Court at Alipore. The learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 7th Court at Alipore, is requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 156A of 2015 and Title Suit No. 166 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order, without granting any adjournment

whatsoever to any of the parties, but giving regards to the diary maintained by him/her.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 1766 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
