The petitioner being the wife of the opposite party submits that she does not want to proceed with the present case, because the matter has already been settled after payment of all dues with regard to the present execution cases, which were under challenge. He further submits that there is no other dues regarding these execution cases and the same was already dropped by the learned trial court. Accordingly, CRR 2185 of 2018 is disposed of with the above submission.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
