2. The only modification we make in the impugned order dated 13th June, 2022 is to the effect that the appellant shall be entitled to post graduate scale of pay from the last date of examination.

3. In view of the aforesaid order, the entitlement of the appellant has to be recalculated and the benefit shall be extended to the appellant/writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order by either of the parties.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the appellant has now been redressed.

5. On such consideration, the appeal being MAT 1067 of 2022 is allowed in part and stands

disposed of.

6. In view of disposal of the appeal nothing remains to be decided in the application for stay being CAN 1 of 2022 and the same is accordingly disposed of.

8. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
