Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police submitted charge sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioner is not required. He also submits that other co-accused persons were granted anticipatory bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the injury report and considering the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant prayer for bail to the petitioner at this stage.
