A detailed report dated 24th August, 2023 has been filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Pursurah Police Station and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that not only has enquiry been completed but a charge sheet has also been filed after registration of FIR being Pursurah Police Station Case No.31 of 2023 dated 8th February, 2023. After receiving further inputs from the WBSEDCL, Forest Range Officer and Pradhan a supplementary charge sheet has also been filed.

This Court has found that the order in question has been complied with.

This Court appreciates the prompt action on the part of the Pursurah Police.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
