The petitioner seeks assistance of Police in constructing a boundary wall.

Admittedly, the petitioner has obtained a decree of permanent injunction in a Civil Suit being Title Suit No. 16107 of 2014 against the private respondents. The private respondents are wrongfully preventing her from effecting construction of a boundary wall in the property.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner should seek execution of the decree in question or take out a fresh civil proceedings in respect of such claim against the private respondents.

Chatterjeehat Police Station is not expected to interpret the scope and purport of any decree that may be passed by the Civil Court.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner as observed above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any further order.

The report of the Chatterjeehat Police Station dated 23rd February, 2023 filed in Court today be taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.
