It appears from the submission made on behalf of the petitioners and the State respondents that the petitioners have since been provided their place of posting.

The petitioners pray that their date of posting be given retrospective effect from immediately after the date of publication of their result in terms of clause 7(d) of the Memo No. HF /O / HS (MA) /222HFW-43011(11)/ 152 /2022-ADMIN dated 16th February, 2023.

Leave is granted to the petitioners to make comprehensive representation before the Principal Secretary, Directorate of Health Services highlighting their grievances along with their prayer.

On receipt of individual representation from the candidates, the same shall be considered in line with the subject memorandum at the earliest but

positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation and remedial measures shall be taken. Reasoned order shall be passed by the aforesaid respondent and communicated to the petitioners.

The deficit court fees of Rs.6,600/- has been paid. The receipt be retained with the records. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
