1. Petitioners pray for waiver of the conditions of the order granting bail dated June 25, 2024.

2. Report dated January 22, 2025 submitted in Court be taken on record.

3. There is no adverse report as against the petitioners.

4. The conditions of the order granting bail dated June 25, 2024 requiring the petitioners not to leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station and to give their current addresses to the Officer-in-Charge and to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further orders are waived.

5. All other terms and conditions of the order granting bail dated June 25, 2024 will remain the same.

6. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2025 in CRM (NDPS) 986 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
