The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite party, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite party is dispensed with.

The petitioner is the plaintiff of the suit for eviction of licensee and permanent injunction being Title Suit No. 194 of 2020, which is pending before the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge(Junior Division) at Durgapur, District - Paschim Bardhaman.

The petitioner is praying for a direction for expeditious disposal of all pending applications in the suit. The learned Trial Judge is requested to make all endeavour to dispose of the pending applications, if those are otherwise ready for such disposal, as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

C.O. 2186 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

The petitioner shall communicate this order to the opposite party.
