And In Re : Sri Damandeep Singh alias Daman .... petitioner Mr. Triptimoy Talukdar ....for the petitioner Mr. Dipankar Dandpath Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shah ...... for the NCB Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner as owner of the vehicle which was used for transportation of 15,000 bottles of Phensedyl Syrup and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
