The petitioner's application for transfer succeeded under the 2015 Rules and she was recommended for transfer to Indpur Sarojini Balika Vidyalaya by the School Service Commission.

Upon the petitioner going to join the school, it is found that there is no vacancy in the post of Bengali in the said school.

In these circumstances, the School Service Commission shall issue a fresh recommendation for the petitioner to join a new school either in the options already given or in a nearby school within a period of ten days from the receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly the Board shall issue orders of transfer.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the respondent authorities immediately. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
