Petitioners have filed this writ petition making an innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent concerned to expedite the election process of Board of Directors which is due according to the petitioner.

Without going into the merits of this writ petition, it is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 7 to expedite the election process of Board of Directors of the Society in question in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Let the authorization issued by the members in favour of the petitioner be kept with the records. With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 15337 of 2022 and connected application, if any, stands disposed of.
