The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated May 10, 2023.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite a complaint of unauthorized construction being lodged, the respondent authorities and more particularly the 'Pradhan' being the respondent no. 2 has failed to take any action in the matter.

The Advocate for the State submits that they have no objection if the respondent no. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the above representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 14981 of 2023 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.

to consider and dispose of the

representation of the petitioner dated May 10, 2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties.

With the above directions, WPA 14981 of 2023 stands disposed of.
