Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that accused person namely Arup Datta @ Arup Dutta @ Banti has already been found not guilty and has been acquitted by the trial court by its judgment dated 13.06.2025 passed in NDPS Case No. 17 of 2019 and as such the present application has become infructuous. In such view of the matter, CRM (NDPS) 831 of 2025 stands dismissed as infructuous.
