The petitioner is aggrieved by the reasoned order passed by the Serampore Municipality on June 6, 2023 directing demolition of the unauthorized construction. The order impugned is an appealable one. It will not be proper for the writ Court to adjudicate the issues and the facts relying upon which the said order was passed.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appellate forum in accordance with law, if so advised. The writ petition stands disposed of.
