Having heard learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and the learned Advocate appearing for the State and having considered the materials in the case diary and having considered the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the doctor and the nurse, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.
