After hearing the parties and considering the materials on record, I find that the subject recruitment process with which we are concerned in the instant writ petition falls within the ambit of Section 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and as such, this Court is denuded of the jurisdiction to receive, try and determine this writ petition in view of the provisions of Section 28 of the said Act. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the self-same ground before the appropriate forum, if permissible in law.
