Having considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim boy recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. which is supported by medical evidence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail at this stage.

The application for bail, is, thus, rejected. We direct the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
