1. By our order dated June 28, 2024, we had granted interim bail to the petitioner primarily on the ground that there is undue delay in progress of trial.

2. Today learned State Counsel, in his usual fairness, says that after that order was passed there has not been much progress in the trial. It is also not the case that the petitioner breached any condition of interim bail.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail that the petitioner is enjoying on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted.

4. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 994 of 2024 is disposed of by confirming the interim bail on the same terms and conditions.
