Perused the case diary.

Considering the serious nature of allegations that the petitioner attacked the victim injuring his left eye with a knife and considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report and the statement of an independent witness, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in this case. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
