1. Leave is granted to the petitioners to make necessary correction in the application being CRAN 2 of 2025.

2. In the sixth line of 1st paragraph and in the seventh line of 6th paragraph of the order dated 22.05.2025, it was inadvertently written as "Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas instead of "Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas".

3. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction.

4. The other portion of the order dated 22.05.2025 will remain as same.

5. This order shall be treated as a part of the order dated 22.05.2025.
