Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate representing the Municipality submits that the writ petition being WPA 12854 of 2015 was disposed of vide order dated 27th November, 2017 but the contempt application being CPAN 1159 of 2018 arising out of the order dated 27th November, 2017 is pending on record.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the Municipality the contempt application stands released from the list and be placed before the Hon'ble Justice Shekhar B. Saraf for further consideration.
