State has submitted a report which reflects that Bodra Police Station Case No. 50 dated 23.07.2025 has been registered for investigation against the private respondents and others.

respondents submits that they have also purchased this property as such they have claim over the same.

Since the police authorities have already registered a case for investigation, they will take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14920 of 2025 is disposed of.
