It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that construction of the boundary wall is in progress and it will take a little more than a week to complete the same.

The police are directed to render adequate necessary assistance to the Port authority at the time of construction of the boundary wall. The police shall strictly ensure that encroachment in any manner does not take place by any person/ party whatsoever at the subject premises.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Taratala Police Station dated July 5, 2024 be retained with the records.
