The petitioner's main contention is for carrying out construction of dwelling house which is being resisted by the private respondents.
Learned advocate for the private
respondents submits that the record of rights have already been challenged before the appropriate authorities.
Learned advocate also submits that the private respondents have serious reservations in respect of such construction over the land in issue.
State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have already taken steps and, to that effect, recorded a General Diary Entry being GDE No. 1820 dated 31.05.2025.
The report also reflects that the petitioner never turned up at the police station for filing complaint against any person.
Having regard to the nature of the dispute complained of, I am of the opinion that the parties would better approach the civil court and the police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also ensure that no untoward incident results
because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14922 of 2025 is disposed of.
