1. Mr. Parashar Baidya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jahar Lal De, learned counsel for the State respondents are present.

2. With the consent of the parties, the matter has been heard finally.

3. The learned counsel for the parties agreed that this PIL may be disposed of by directing the SubDivisional Controller (Food & Supplies), Food & Supplies Department, Government of West Bengal, Krishnagar, Nadia, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2025 Annexure P/2 within the stipulated time.

4. In view of consensus arrived at, this petition is disposed of with the following directions:

i) The petitioner shall resubmit the said representation dated 24.06.2025 before the said respondent along with copy of this order within 7 days from today.

ii) The said respondent shall consider and decide the representation by passing a

reasoned order in accordance with law within 30 days therefrom.

iii) The decision shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. This PIL stands disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits of the case.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
