By filing this application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973, the petitioners sought for quashing of impugned charge sheet being No. 21 of 2016 dated 3rd March, 2016 under Section 341/506(ii)/34 of the Indian Penal Code arising out of an FIR being Bidhannagar P.S. Case No. 02/16 dated 09.01.2016 under Section 341/323/506(ii)/34 of the IPC pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24-Parganas . Despite of giving opportunity to the petitioners no one turn up . Even on earlier occasion no accommodation sought for. It seems that the petitioners are no more interested in the instant case.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 1973 of 2017, is, thus, dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, be vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information and taking necessary action in accordance with law.

Urgent xerox certified copy, if this order, if applied for , be given to the learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
