The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that inspite of informing Parnasree Police Station for restraining the illegal construction which is at the behest of the private respondents, no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the representation was submitted on or about 24th May, 2025, the police authorities on receipt of the

information have drawn up proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes the character of the property.

Be that as it may, if the petitioners are faced with similar inconveniences till date, they will file a fresh representation before the Officer-incharge of Parnasree Police Station who will take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16007 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
