28.07.2025 Sl. No.52 Ct. 28 NB C.R.M. (A) 2323 of 2025 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Ratua P.S. Case No.131 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 under Sections 109/115(2)/117(2) /118(2)/ 329(3)/74/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

And In the matter of : Sk. Alauddin ... petitioner Mr. Soupal Chatterjee, Mr. Anupam Das, Ms. Mekhla Kar.

...for the petitioners.

Mr. P. K. Dutta ld.APP., Mr. Tapas Kr. Saha.

...for the State.

Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, the serious nature of injury inflicted on the scalp of the victim that required many stitches to repair and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 2323 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
