This is an application filed under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure directing against order of warrant of arrest dated 15th July, 2011 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Court, Calcutta in connection with Complaint Case No. C/55/06 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

On perusal of the application along with the annexures, it appears that it is not a fit case to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
