The petitioner no. 1 seeks inter-district mutual transfer with the petitioner no. 2 from Purulia to Paschim Medinipur.

In the above circumstances, the Secretary, WBBPE shall obtain opinion of the DPSCs, Purulia and Paschim Medinipur and take an appropriate decision on the application for mutual transfer based on the bona fides thereof and the applicable rules, within a period of 12 weeks from the date

of communication of a copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition.

In the event, the Secretary is inclined to allow mutual transfer, the confirmation of the service of the petitioner no. 1 and the petitioner no. 2 shall be ascertained from the concerned DPSCs and/or DI in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
