This matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned". It is pointed out by the learned advocate appearing for the applicant that when the Court passed the order dated 3rd September, 2025 a time limit was fixed for compliance of the direction directing the authority to comply with the order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order. However, due to oversight these lines do not find place in the order dated 3rd September, 2025. Accordingly, after paragraph 3 this paragraph shall be added as paragraph 4. The above direction shall be complied with by the concerned authority within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.
