Learned advocate for the State is present.

I have considered the contentions advanced by the petitioners and I am of the view that since the civil court is already in seisin of the subject dispute,

the petitioner would approach the said court for appropriate remedies.

In case, the petitioners are faced with any inconveniences, the police authorities would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility taking place as also no untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14944 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
