The petitioner complains that there has been no progress in the investigation and, further that, he was detained on 28th June, 2025.

Mr. Ganguly, ld. AGP, submits a report which reflects that there are three cases which have been registered. One of the cases were at the instance of the present petitioner being Ekbalpore PS Case No. 132 dated 10.04.2025.

So far as the issue relating to detention of the present petitioner for about two hours on 28.06.2025 is concerned, one G.D. Entry has been reflected which contains that on the basis of complaint of one Rama Paswan, the present petitioner was called at the police station.

Be that as it may, so far as the Ekbalpore PS Case No.

dated 10.04.2025 is concerned, the same was registered on 10th April, 2025. More than three months have passed since then.

In view of the provisions of Section 193 of the BNSS, the investigating officer of the case would inform the court concerned regarding the further time to be taken for submission of the Report under Section 193 of the BNSS.

Prima facie, it reflects that there is a dispute existing between the petitioner and other persons since three criminal

cases have already been registered.

Consequently, the police authorities would ensure that no further untoward incident results because of the nature of the report which has been submitted reflecting that there are series of G.D. Entries as well as number of criminal cases inter se two parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14858 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
