Inadvertently in the said order dated 27th September, 2022 number of the writ petition has been transcribed as "WPA 14625 of 2014" instead of "WPA 14265 of 2014". The number of the writ petition shall be read as "WPA 14265 of 2014".

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction.
