1. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset states that she does not want to press the bail application in respect of petitioner no.1 Raju Das and petitioner no.3 Kanchana Das @ Kamini Das. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner No.3 Kanchana Das @ Kamini Das has already been enlarged on bail by the Trial Court.

2. In respect of the petitioner No.2 Jasim Das, learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that the petitioner No.2 Jasim Das has been charged only for the offence under Section 85 of the BNS, 2023. Learned counsel submits that

as per the investigation Section 103 BNS is not attributed against him.

3. In the facts and circumstances, petitioner No.2 Jasim Das be admitted to bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with a surety of like amount, to the satisfaction of the Learned ACJM, Ranaghat, subject to the conditions that he shall appear before the learned Trial Court on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

4. Thus, the prayer for bail is allowed in part.

5. CRM (M) 1026 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
